HKJDA Kids Camp 2010 will be held in early October. We are delighted to have professional instructors from Treasure Island to conduct the camp. There will be various innovative activities in the camp which include adventure-based learning activities.  Our medical volunteers will also conduct diabetes education sessions for the participants. Through the camp, we hope the participants can develop friendships with other children of similar background and learn more about diabetes.

 

Details of the Camp are as follow:

Date:   2nd to 3rd October (Sat to Sun)

Location:  Treasure Island, Pui O Beach, Lantau Island & YWCA Sydney Leong Holiday Lodge

Accommodation:  YWCA Sydney Leong Holiday Lodge

Target:   HKJDA members aged 8-12

Camp Fee*:  $250 (including camp fee and food cost)

For HKJDA member under CSSA or HKJDA financial assistance the fee will be $100

*There is no refund once we accept your application

Interested members please make cheques payable to “Hong Kong Juvenile Diabetes Association” and send with completed form to Unit E, 8/F, Harvest Moon House, 337-339 Nathan Road, Kowloon, HK on or before 30th July, 2010. Successful applicants will be notified. Further information related to the participant’s personal details and medical record will need to be submited to HKJDA in September.
